Bio
Dr. Assaf Goldberg graduated from the The Koret School of Veterinary Medicine of the Israel Hebrew University. He then completed his North American Veterinary License in the United States.Β Dr. Goldberg has practiced at several emergency centers and has worked closely with many specialists. His main interests are in internal medicine, emergency medicine and soft tissue surgery.
Dr. Goldberg moved to British Columbia in 2016 with his family and has enjoyed practicing in this beautiful province ever since. He worked at four large and busy practices and at an emergency centre before joining the Vancouver Veterinary Hospital team as a full time clinician and medical director. Dr. Goldberg is fluent in Hebrew.
In his spare time, Dr Goldberg enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, skiing, and attending music concerts. His family consists of his loving spouse, three kids, and cute dog named Yudit who was rescued from Texas and a lazy cat named Eeyo rescued from Richmond, BC.
